This is our first ever pŽtillant natural cider, pŽt-nat for short. This cider is made up of 60% Bittersweet and 40% French Bittersweet apples. Super Natural is fermented first in our steel tanks then moved to age in Calvados barrels. The cider then goes through a secondary fermentation in the bottle itself (bottle conditioned). This cider is wildly fermented and unfiltered. 750ml bottle. 7.6% ABV.
